Xiaoji G. Xu
Professor
Dr. Xiaoji Xu is a leading researcher in nano-spectroscopy and scanning probe microscopy. His group has pioneered several breakthrough techniques including Peak Force Infrared (PFIR) microscopy, Pulsed Force Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy (PF-KPFM), Peak Force Scattering-type Scanning Near-field Optical Microscopy (PF-SNOM), and AFM-based 2D Infrared Nanospectroscopy (AFM-2DIR).
